The ILTPDA was formed for the purpose of creating a statewide competition between Players and Teams of the Leagues operated under the guidelines of the Valley National 8-Ball Association and the National Dart Association.
Since its humble beginnings as the Illinois Valley National 8-Ball Association (ILVNEA) with only a handful of teams, it has grown to encompass the entire state.
Adding an organizational branch within the scope of the National Darts Asociation has added to the growth and excitement of this statewide event.
