OPERATOR
Operators must currently be a member in good standing, or a pending member, of the ILTPDA and of the NDA.
PLAYER
1. All players must be currently NDA sanctioned.
2. All players must have stats for 96 games played, (1/1/2010 thru 12/30/2010), with a minimum of 24 games in the event they are participating in.
3. If a player meets the 96 game minimum, but does not have the 24 game requirement, that player's team will be placed in the highest level.
4. All teams' players must come from the same league system.
5. All registration forms, highlighted stats and team fees must be received no later than January 10th, 2011
